Delivery timelines depend on the destination. Orders within Hyderabad and Telangana typically reach within 1–2 business days, Metro cities within 3–5 business days, and Rest of India within 5–7 business days.

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, delays due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, courier backlogs, or unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond our direct control.

We take special care in packaging to maintain hygiene and product safety. In case of visible external damage to the package at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video for quick resolution.
