Refund and Return Policy

Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of baby products, we offer returns or exchanges only in rare cases of manufacturing defects or receipt of an incorrect item. This ensures every baby receives a fresh and safe product.


Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with a clear unboxing video, which is mandatory for claim verification. This helps us confirm whether the issue occurred during transit or packing.


Products that show any signs of use—including washing, baby scent, stains, or wear—are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, even if reported within the claim window.


Once a claim is approved, we provide a 1:1 replacement and arrange a free reverse pickup for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible, processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
