Refund and Return Policy
We prioritize hygiene, safety, and quality in every product we deliver. Due to the sensitive and intimate nature of baby products, returns and exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defects
Incorrect product received
This ensures that every baby receives a fresh, safe, and unused product.
Reporting an Issue
To initiate a return or replacement request:
The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification
This helps us accurately determine whether the issue occurred during transit or packaging.
Non-Returnable Conditions
To maintain strict hygiene standards, products will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or washed
There is any baby scent, stains, or signs of wear
The item is not in its original condition
Even if reported within the claim window, such items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
Once the claim is verified and approved, we offer a 1:1 replacement
A free reverse pickup will be arranged for defective or incorrect items
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The amount is credited to the original payment method
